Please note that our phone lines are closed from 12:00 pm–1:00 pm for lunch.
Appointments can be booked through our secure online platform, Ocean MD. Start by clicking on the button below for the provider/clinic for which you need an appointment.
Please note: The online booking system is only for those who are already patients with Health for All Family Health Team. Online booking is NOT available for complete physicals, diabetes follow-up or well baby visits. Please call our office to book these appointments.

Registered Nurses
Registered Nurse (RN) appointments can be booked for immunizations, medicine injections (e.g., allergy shots), ear flushing, wart treatment, and suture or staple removal. For nurses to complete these tasks, they need an order from your primary care provider (PCP), so please speak to your PCP before booking a Nursing appointment.
Urgent Care
For After-Hours Urgent Care, same-day slots become available via this link at 1:00 pm (Monday–Thursday) and at 6:00 am (Saturday).
If you are unable to book online or there are no appointments available, call our office at (905) 472-2200 after 4:30 pm Monday–Thursday and 9:00 am on Saturday.
*Please do not use Urgent Care for prescription renewals, vaccinations or notes/form completion.
Specialty Appointments
Specialty appointments (e.g. Well Baby visits, prenatal visits, diabetes visits, and complete physicals) cannot be booked online. To book these types of appointments, please call us at (905) 472-2200.
