Description

Free 4-week in-person group workshop on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia. The group will meet weekly for 4 weeks to help improve sleep in adults.

Who it's for

Adults over the age of 18, especially those with sleep difficulties.

Eligibility

Patients with the Health for All Family Health Team and residents of the Markham-Stouffville Area.
