Health for All is committed to providing accessible, high quality programs and services for its clients and will make reasonable efforts to ensure that its policies, procedures and practices are consistent with the following principles:

(a) Services will be provided in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of all patients.

(b) The provision of services to persons with disabilities will be integrated wherever possible.

(c) Persons with disabilities will be given an opportunity equal to that given to others, to obtain, use or benefit from the programs and services provided by HFA. HFA welcomes the use of assistive devices by people with disabilities. We also welcome their service animals and support persons.

HFA will be happy to provide accessible formats and communications supports as quickly as possible and at no additional cost when asked by a person with a disability.
