We are located on the south side of Church Street, across from the Markham Stouffville Hospital and Markham Stouffville Health Centre.

- *After-hours walk-in clinics do not require appointments and are for registered patients with urgent problems only. Last patient will be seen 30 minutes before the closing time.
- We are closed for lunch weekdays from 12:00 to 1:30.
- Last scheduled appointments are at 4:15 from Monday to Thursday and 3:45 on Fridays.
New Patients
Unfortunately, our Family Health Team is not accepting new patients at this time.
When we are accepting new patients again, this page will be updated with additional information.
Parking
Patients may park in the lot adjacent to our building. Please note that the fee for parking is $4 per half hour and that the machine accepts exact change (coins), bills and or credit cards.
